As the title says, report any form of abuse here.
Let me list some of them to give you more idea on what you can report.
1. Scam report
2. Bug abusers
3. Bad manners/misconduct/trash talk (in game and here in the forums)
4. Child abuse? Nah... report it to the cops.
Make sure that when you report such case, you can back them up by having proof such as screen shots, chat logs, etc.
The seniors will help you out the best way they can.
